Common questions
How do I pay? Pay the driver directly (cash or UPI). TomTom does not collect ride fares.
How is the fare set? The app calculates it from distance and time. It is not negotiable.
What is the PIN? A 4-digit code the passenger shares so the driver can start the trip.
SOS? In both apps, SOS can dial 112 or TomTom helpline and alert our control room.
